What ElevateOS does
ElevateOS gives managers one place to:
- Maintain team member profiles with role, goals, and notes.
- Document and follow up on recurring 1-on-1 meetings.
- Set and track professional development goals (training, cross-training, certifications, promotion readiness).
- Create projects, break them into tasks, and assign owners and due dates.
- Review a simple performance scorecard across five workplace pillars (accountability, quality, teamwork, leadership, growth) that the manager scores during normal performance reviews.
Who it's for
Operations managers, team leads, plant supervisors, project managers, and other front-line leaders inside small and mid-sized businesses who want a single tool for performance conversations and project execution instead of a stack of spreadsheets, notebooks, and chat threads.
What ElevateOS is not
ElevateOS is not an employee monitoring or surveillance product. It does not track keystrokes, screen activity, location, browsing history, screenshots, or any background telemetry from employees' devices. All data in the platform is information a manager actively enters as part of normal management work (meeting notes, goals, tasks, performance review scores).

ElevateOS is provided by Elevation Ops Group LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, tax, and refunds.
